Returns and refunds
Once Caleffi has received the returned product and verified its conditions, you will receive the refund within the terms of the law of 14 days (Dlgs21/2014). The refund is made using the same payment method that you chose to purchase. Depending on the payment method, the timing of the amount can be different:
- Credit/Debit Card: Your bank can take up to 30 days to repay the amount. You can request the extract of your card’s movements to view the credit. You will need to contact your bank to know the exact date on which the credit will be available
- Paypal: the credit will be available in your Paypal account within 48 hours after the input of the refund
- Bank transfer: the credit will be booked within 3 working days depending on the banking circuit
Note: keep in mind that between the date you send the article back to us and the date we receive it at our return center it can take about 2 weeks.
