      Caleffi Spa “Fidelity Card” Regulations


      The conditions contained in these Regulations are binding for the applicant from the moment of subscription.


      The Fidelity Card Regulations (hereinafter also referred to as the “loyalty card”) can be consulted at Caleffi retail stores or on the website www.caleffionline.it.


      Characteristics and issuance of the Fidelity Card


      The Fidelity Card is personal and non-transferable, has no expiration date, and can be used immediately from the moment of issuance, which takes place directly at Caleffi’s physical stores.


      It is issued free of charge for personal, non-professional/commercial purchases to any requesting individual of legal age, upon completion of the appropriate forms for the collection of personal and contact details, and upon reviewing the Regulations and Privacy Policy.


      Caleffi reserves the right to request a suitable identification document in order to verify the identity of anyone requesting the issuance of the Fidelity Card, particularly in cases of namesakes or where it is reasonable to believe that the Customer has already been issued a loyalty card.


      Fidelity Card holders are encouraged to keep their personal and contact details up to date by contacting the sales staff at the stores or reaching out to Caleffi Customer Service.


      Use of the Fidelity Card and the right to revoke


      The Fidelity Card is the exclusive property of Caleffi; it cannot be transferred or used by anyone other than the cardholder. In the event that the Fidelity Card is used by someone other than the cardholder, Caleffi reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or cancel it.


      Each Customer may only hold one Fidelity Card. Should Caleffi find that the same Customer holds multiple loyalty cards, it reserves the right to consolidate the points onto one of the loyalty cards held and deactivate or eliminate the additional cards registered in the Customer’s name.


      Additionally, the Fidelity Card may not be used for purposes other than participation in the Program. Caleffi reserves the right to revoke and cancel the Fidelity Card at its sole discretion if misuse is determined or in the event of a violation of these Regulations, resulting in (i) the loss of “points” accumulated up to that date and (ii) exclusion from all Program initiatives.


      In such cases, the cardholder cannot make any claims, demands, or assert any rights against Caleffi (or companies within the Caleffi Group).


      If the cardholder presents their Fidelity Card at the checkout during a visit to the retail stores or accesses the website and operates through their account, the Fidelity Cardholder may enjoy the following benefits:


      • Participation in the Loyalty Program, which entitles them to discount vouchers;

      • Participation in initiatives or additional discounts reserved for Loyalty Cardholders.


      Benefits reserved for cardholders


      The Fidelity Card allows cardholders to access a range of benefits reserved for them at all Caleffi-branded retail stores, such as:


      • Participation in the Loyalty Program;

      • Earning discount vouchers upon reaching the point thresholds provided;

      • Participation in dedicated initiatives and promotions.


      The conditions for participating in individual promotional events will be communicated to Customers through notices available at Caleffi stores, on the website www.caleffionline.it, via email, SMS, or through any other communication channels that Caleffi deems appropriate and suitable.


      Operation of the Fidelity Card – point accumulation


      The Fidelity Card is valid and usable by the cardholder exclusively at Caleffi’s physical retail stores located within Italian territory.


      To benefit from the accumulation of spending required to reach the thresholds indicated in the Loyalty Program, the original card must be presented to the cashier each time a purchase is made and before the receipt is processed. Points are automatically accumulated on the Customer’s card as soon as a valid receipt is issued at a Caleffi store.


      If the cardholder does not have their card with them and fails to present it at checkout, it will not be possible to benefit retrospectively from the advantages provided, and no complaints will be accepted in this regard.


      If the card presented is defective or damaged, the Customer has the right to request a replacement card by visiting any Caleffi-branded retail store.


      Theft or loss of the Fidelity Card


      In the event of loss or theft of a properly registered Fidelity Card, the cardholder must immediately notify Caleffi through one of the retail stores by presenting a valid identification document and requesting the card to be blocked, or by sending an email to customer.care@caleffionline.it so that the card can be blocked.


      The block will be effective 48 hours after the communication, and the accumulated points will be reloaded upon the issuance of a new Fidelity Card, which will be handed over to the cardholder at one of the stores.


      Until the cardholder reports the loss according to the methods outlined in these Regulations, Caleffi will not be responsible in any case for the use of the card by third parties who have obtained possession of it, even as a result of theft or loss.


      If points have been used to claim rewards before the effective block of the Fidelity Card, they cannot be recovered and will not be reloaded onto the new Fidelity Card. Caleffi will not be responsible in any case for points deducted from the Fidelity Card before it was blocked following the theft/loss notification.


      Renunciation of the Fidelity Card


      The cardholder may renounce the Fidelity Card at any time by returning it to one of the retail stores, sending it to the Company’s address, or notifying via email to customer.care@caleffionline.it.


      Renunciation of the Fidelity Card results in the loss of all points and benefits accumulated but not used.


      Modifications


      Caleffi reserves the right to modify or supplement the contents of these Fidelity Card Regulations at any time.


      Any modifications or additions to these conditions will be communicated by publication on the website www.caleffionline.it, where the current version of the Regulations will also be available and thus applicable to the Customer.


      Caleffi encourages its Customers to periodically check the latest adopted version of the Regulations on www.caleffionline.it.


      All modified versions of the Regulations will be applicable from their publication on the Company’s website.
